UK import 2025
The tank from the UK is being prepared for shipment in June
Anyone interested in semen that has not contacted us or completed a Heritage Sheep form online needs to do so immediately to be included.

SEMEN UPDATE

UK - HERITAGE SHEEP REPRODUCTION
Due to the potential tariff situation in the USA, HSR is likely to reserve and import much of the semen in the UK if it is not spoken for to Canada, sooner than later. If you are interested in any of this semen, and haven't already been in contact with Deb or myself please complete an interest form ASAP so we can confirm the semen is eligible to Canada and reserve it for you. If it goes the the US it CANNOT then come to Canada.

UK - NON HSR RAMS
As previously posted , AB Europe has some additional rams available to Canada outside of the HSR program. These rams are open for sale to the UK and Europe as well so again if you are interested and haven't contacted me, please do so ASAP as not all doses of the semen may be eligible to Canada and so we need to reserve ahead so it doesn't get sold there.

SPAIN
There is some Charollias (4 full French rams) and Suffolk (mainly UK background - 7 rams) with semen collected eligible to Canada. If you want more details please contact me BY EMAIL ([email protected] or [email protected] )and we can send you more information.

NEW ZEALAND
It is likely there will be a tank coming from NZ this summer if anyone is considering purchasing genetics or having semen or embryos collected there. Collection season is NOW until July if they are not already collected.

AUSTRALIA
It is also looking like there will be a tank coming from Australia this summer if anyone is looking at semen or embryos from there. It is likely getting too late for collections as they would be starting right now, however, there might be inventory already qualified for Canada.

OC FLOCK IS NOT SOURCING GENETICS FROM NZ OR AUSTRALIA BUT CAN ADD TO A COMBINED SHIPMENT TO HELP REDUCE IMPORT COSTS FOR EVERYONE.

There is a wide range of genetics from the UK and NZ already stored here in Canada. We will have a full list available by the end of March so you can plan your fall breeding.

HERITAGE SGEEP REPORDUCTION SEMEN ELIGIBLE TO CANADA - the semen listed below is from previous collections and is still available for import into Canada. It is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis and and remaining will likely be exported to the USA in April or May. This is the last chance to get some of these genetics.
