What a trip down memory lane! 2016 was all fitness, photo shoots and our franchise!

At the time I was teaching a Thursday evening class at our Markham location and then had our gyms in Yorkdale and Brampton.

We would hang out every weekend at our gyms, create workouts and content.

I would like to think I haven’t aged much but looking at these videos I can see how much more fit I was. What a blissful year!
