When I began my reflexology journey, I received a discount on my first reflexology course with the promise that I would pay it forward to my community. This has been something I have been committed to doing through the years, including offering free sessions to those who needed support but may not have been able to access it.

This month, I would like to continue that promise with a special offer:

Pay What You Can Reflexology Day
Monday, July 27th

On this day, you can book a reflexology session and pay whatever amount you are able to give.

At the end of your session, you can choose:

🌿 An anonymous donation in the jar provided
🌿 Or, if you would like a receipt, I will receive your payment and provide a receipt for the amount you choose to pay

There is no set amount. This is simply my way of making reflexology more accessible and continuing to give back to our community.

Not Just Feet

Many clients come to me because of pain in their feet.

While that is not a bad idea, and I also offer Basic Foot Care for those who need it, often people don't understand that reflexology is a way of treating the whole person, not just the feet.

Often the same clients that came to me with pain in their feet will come back for follow up because their feet feel better, but also because they have less back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, headaches or whatever that pain they had was- the one they'd put on the back burner and weren't mentioning any more because they thought they just had to live with it.
