ON LOVE - With so much hatred online, so much pain in the world, so much tribalism dividing humanity with a "them vs us" mentality.... I remind myself that most of us still champion kindness in our everyday lives. We might not have the loudest voices in the world, but we don't need that to live well and happy day-by-day with those we love.

EMPATH THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: I woke up to the rain this morning, and wondered what others feel when they experience rain - relief, comfort, sadness, joy, anger? While, just from a practical standpoint, we definitely need rain … I also think that when we let ourselves feel into whatever nature gives us, whether that be sunshine, wind or rain, it’s a chance to feel some emotions we might not always be aware of.
