This represents Meaningfueled living to me.
Last weekend we went on a bit of a spur of the moment road trip to see my husbands grandma who had been having some pretty serious health concerns last week.
I think we spent close to 24 full hours of driving in the three days.
My kids did amazing throughout the entire trip, they truly are well seasoned road trippers.
This is a photo from my favorite stop.
It was so nice to stop, stretch out, enjoy the fresh air, feel the sun and make some warm soup and tea.
My husband and daughter explored around the old train cars and buildings that were there.
I'm grateful to be able to say our visit went wonderfully.
She was up and about and happily surprised to see us.

Today, I can honestly say I love and accept myself.
This hasn't always been the case.
I was honestly such an anxious and insecure version of myself before I worked with a Life Coach.
It took a lot of looking within, learning about myself and truly, a lot of care and self compassion.
But I got there and I refuse to go back to my past, self destructive ways.
Have you ever considered working with a Life Coach along your journey of loving and accepting yourself?
It's incredible how it can really expedite the process.
