If you guys have been following me for a while, you know that I am a huge fan of single leg power as I have a sprinting background.
Single leg power is important if you’re and athlete for so many reasons.
➡️ allows you to accelerate better, changed direction better
➡️ helps work on your agility
➡️ teaches you to move more efficiently on the court, field, ice

I realized it’s been a while since I did one of these and there are so many new faces on here so I wanted to stop by and say hi! Thank you for being a part of the crew!
My name is Whitney and I go by Whit sometimes.
✍🏾 I’m a certified athletic therapist - the Canadian equivalent of an athletic trainer (US) and a personal trainer/strength coach that lives and works in Calgary, Alberta.
✍🏾 I was selected as one of Canada’s Top Trainers by in 2018
✍🏾 I come from an athletic family and sports has been a huge part of my life growing up. It started with soccer, cause my dad played, and it moved and evolved into basketball, tennis, volleyball, track, and eventually tackle football a couple years ago with
✍🏾 Golf is my newest sport and I love it (on days when the ball does what I’m asking it to do iykyk)
✍🏾I’m passionate about people and proper movement and that’s why I created this page. I wanted to educate people on how to move properly and live a pain free life because you owe it to your self to be happy and mobile.
