Food for thought 💭

⏳ Where Does Your Time Really Go? 🤯

If you live to 90, you’ll have 1,080 months on this planet. Ever wondered where they actually go? Let’s break it down:

🛏 318 months sleeping
🏫 126 months in school & working (ewww)
🚗 18 months driving (good job I enjoy it!)
🍽 36 months cooking & eating
🧹 36 months doing chores & errands (which, btw, a business can help you delegate e.g., a cleaner)
🛁 27 months in the bathroom & self-care

That leaves 330 months… but people are spending a lot of that behind a screen distracted.. doom scrolling 😳

But what if you used that time to build something that gives you freedom?

To create, not just consume

To stop wasting time working for someone else’s dream and start building YOUR OWN.

Then you’d get your time back from doom scrolling
You’d get your time back from the career
You could get your time back from errands and chores

Time.

It’s the only valuable thing we have.. don’t p**s yours away
