How are you, really? I hope you're doing well. ✨

I know what it's like to feel stressed out. Sometimes, it seems like everything is going wrong, and feels complicated and overwhelming. But what if instead of fighting against stress, we could learn how to use it for our benefit? I've thought about this a lot lately- especially with April being Stress Awareness Month —how can we use stress as a motivator instead of letting it get us down? 💪

Here are some ways I cope with stress (and hopefully, they'll help you too):
1. Find a healthy way to manage that stress (yoga, meditation, exercise)
2. Practice self-care by eating well and getting enough sleep
3. Get some fresh air by walking outside or around the block.
4. Practice gratitude—try writing down 3 things you're grateful for every day (this helps you focus on what's working in your life instead of dwelling on what isn't)
5. Make time for yourself—make sure you have at least one thing every day that is just for you! This could be as simple as bathing or grabbing coffee with a friend.

You've probably heard the saying, "It's better to be safe than sorry." 👀

And when it comes to buying a house, that couldn't be more true. When you're in the market for a new home, you want to know everything about it—even things that may not seem to matter. 🏘️

That's why I always recommend getting an inspection before making any offers on a property. After all, so many things can go wrong with a home that can be hidden from view—and those things could cost you more than any savings you might get by skipping an inspection. 🎯

Think of it this way: when you buy a car, you want to know what kind of engine is under the hood before you sign off on it. If it turns out that there's something wrong with the vehicle and you didn't take the time to inspect it before buying it, you could be on the hook for some hefty repair bills! And who wants that? 😔

Need a home inspector? Don't worry, I know a guy! DM me.
