Launched in 2023, the IMPACT Mentorship Program was built on the belief that real change happens through one-on-one connections. Since then, we've matched hundreds of mentees with mentors across fields including healthcare, engineering, IT, education, entrepreneurship, public service, and more.

This is more than just mentorship. It’s a networking and empowerment platform designed to help newcomers, students, professionals, and entrepreneurs find the right support, build community, and gain confidence in the Canadian workforce.
