I love sugar. We all do. We are genetically programmed to love sugar.

Here are 3 ways to have your sugar and keep your blood sugar in check:
1) Balance Treats with Protein & Fiber
Before diving into Halloween candy, eat a protein-rich snack like nuts, or pair your treat with high-fiber foods like apple slices. This helps slow down sugar absorption, keeping your blood sugar levels more stable.

2) Chew Your Treats Slowly
