Very excited to start working with Renfrew Educational Services and the Wellness Empowerment Program this fall. Renfrew offers a wide range of programs for kids with special needs and I will be visiting two of their locations weekly incorporating movement into their education programs.

Movement, such as dance and creative expression encourages kids to embrace and acknowledge their impulses. It allows them to express their frustrations and/or emotions in a constructive way and helps build confidence and their interactions with their social environment.

I’ve known for a long time that I wanted to be in the education industry. I’ve also known for a long time that wellness, creativity, and mobility were extremely important to me. Having this opportunity to combine the two into what I like to call Wellness Arts and moving forward with my business means the world to me.
