Hi, I’m Malika Sood — the founder of Amavi Wellness.

I started Amavi Wellness with one vision: to create a space where Eastern medicine and Western aesthetics work together - not separately.

I truly believe in the synergy of both worlds. Acupuncture, herbal medicine, laser, advanced skincare… when blended intentionally, they allow you to achieve results that feel aligned, sustainable, and empowering.

My biggest passion? Hormonal health.

As someone who is personally navigating PCOS, I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body feels like it’s working against you. That’s why I’m deeply focused on supporting women through hormone balance, fertility, and helping them conceive naturally, while also supporting skin from the inside out.
