There is more you are capable of or desire for yourself but keep getting stuck in repeat patterns of pain, doubt, and dysfunctional coping? You know there is something from your past that is holding you back and have tried everything to resolve it and nothing has worked? You long to feel whole and complete and yet continually fall into dysfunctional relationships that leave you feeling alone inside? You have needs in relationships but continually put the needs of others first? There is a part inside you that knows this way of living isn't true and longs to shine confidently as your True Self - I know cause I have been there.
I specialize in grounding present day suffering in its trauma origin by attuning to unmet needs and emotions during the time of trauma. I help heal these patterns permanently by providing a safe secure container in which transformation happens effortlessly and intuitively through our shared human experience in the here and now.
I am here to hold space and help you heal those parts of yourself you may not want anyone else to know or see in you. My role is not to tell you want to do, but to hold you in light of your inherent wholeness and wisdom, until you effortlessly live out of this space naturally.

Candace leads a 30 minutes guided meditation to invite us to rest back into the open space of presence that is naturally and effortlessly receptive to experience. The guidance invites us to notice the tendency to contract and focus attention and see for ourselves how this manifests in our physiology and thought patterns, as well as to notice what experience feels like from this space of open receptivity. Allowing ourselves permission to rest and give up all the striving and struggle to get and be something else, is the invitation of this meditation.
Candace shares in her talk some personal stories that have arisen for her lately and how she became aware of old patterns and beliefs playing out in her psyche and what was noticed when the mind grabbed hold of them - how experience unfolded in a very dense, contracted, and painful way, full of desire to fix the self to then be okay. She shares this story to illustrate how these old core beliefs play out in our lives and can so easily drag us back into the pattern of needing to fix or solve aspects of our experience in order to be okay in a future moment. She gives some ideas of how these insights may be wanting to be seen or even worked with, as well as how they can tie into our expectations of life in ways that actually perpetuate these core negative beliefs. Lastly, she suggests that there is no one right way to meet what appears and that the key is really to be honest in asking ourselves if we are engaging with any effort to fix or solve these aspects of ourselves in order to be worthy or okay in the future, or if it is coming from a place of restedness, love, and curiousity of the self that is open and agenda-free - already whole.

Candace leads a 50 minute guided meditation to help us connect more deeply with the space within us that grants everything and every aspect of self permission to be. She gives lots of suggestions as to how we can engage with this meditation, and whatever is arising for us during it, but ultimately she leaves this up to each one of us to follow our own guidance. She invites us into the space which is always 'bigger' than whatever is perceived - and reveals how this is so in her guidance.
In this meditative exercise she also welcomes us to move the words that are spoken from mental concepts into the cellular level of our bodies (with the suggestion of gestures we can use to convey to our bodies a sense of safety physiologically). Lastly, she welcomes us to see for ourselves the possibility that peace and rest is not something that is the result of something we do, or something we earn, but rather our true 'home'. The more we rest in our 'home' the more undivided and available with our own inner experience, with others, and toward the world, we might notice ourselves becoming...of course we have to play with these concepts in our own lived experience to really know if this is true or not.
