West Direct Express is, together with her family, celebrating the life of one of our own. Diane Brown was a staple at WDX from 2014-2025 and was a pillar of strength for our work family. It’s quite rare when you can say that a company is a family, but that’s exactly what we are! The team we have built over the years has evolved into more than ‘work acquaintances’ - we empower each other to do better, embrace each other through the trials and tribulations of everyday life, and love each other deeply.

Diane Brown was our office Mother and she can never be replaced. Her spirit is with us daily, guiding us to be better and continue to have fun in all that we do. Those of you that were lucky enough to get to chat with her on the phones can attest to the fact that she was always patient, kind, and had no problem razzing our routinely scheduled customers who appreciated the personal touch of conversation.

Diane - you are greatly missed every single day, and will always be a pivotal part of our family. Always in our minds and hearts. We love and miss you Diane.
