June is National Indigenous History Month, an important time to honour and celebrate the deep histories, cultures, traditions, knowledge and contributions of First Nations, Métis, Inuit Peoples, and to the lands we live and work on and all call home.
This is also a time to reflect on the ongoing impacts of colonization, and commit to learning and listening to shape a more intentional and respectful future.
At Hull, it’s our shared responsibility to walk the path of Truth and Reconciliation together. Attending ceremony is a powerful way to listen, learn, and build that understanding. It helps us honour Indigenous ways of being, and reminds us connection, community, and culture are central to healing and growth.
“To have Indigenous inclusion is important to create a culturally safe place with humility, and to give those we support a sense of freedom and direction.” - Casey Eagle Speaker, Hull Services Elder.
We continue to move forward in a good way that is rooted in culture, and connection, and reconciliACTION 💙💛🪶

It’s 2SLGBTQIA+ Pride Month! 🏳️🌈
For the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, Pride is not simply a celebration.
It’s a reflection of courage, safety, inclusion, and knowing that everyone is welcome and belongs.
At Hull Services, we acknowledge and affirm the importance of this inclusion. Our work is rooted in creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can be their true selves and access mental health supports without fear of discrimination or judgement.
We stand with this community in solidarity and remain committed to its strength and well-being. 🌈 🫶
