- as a planner it’s nice to have a plan but be open to throwing it out
- it’s true, the days are long but the years are short
- it’s our job to invite play
- chill the f out
- go outside
- sing and dance parties daily
- let them see us be affectionate, disagree and repair

Alignment—you’d think it’s all about ‘straight lines’, right? But here’s the laugh: it’s more like a dance between peaks and valleys, with a sprinkle of surprises you’d never see coming.

And as I navigate the new rhythm of motherhood, while also expecting our newest little member, I’ve realized this journey of alignment is beautifully complex. It’s a blend of expert navigation and the pure, joy-filled chaos of stepping into the unknown. Embracing each moment of this dance teaches me more about balance, resilience, and the beauty of unexpected twists.
