A real progress photo 29 vs. 27 ! 💪

First pic: taken January 15th, 2025 (2 days ago). This is the best I've looked, felt, and the strongest I've been! Still more to go, but I'm very proud of how far I've come! Giving myself a pat on the back! 👍

Second pic: taken September 30th, 2023. I wasn't in shape, I was healthy-ish, but unhappy and ready for a change in MANY ways!

I have to keep reminding myself that progress is what it is .... progress. It takes time, effort, and discipline. Pushing past the body dismorphia and how debilitating it can be has been one of my obstacles in life, as it is for a lot of people.

Things that help me get through my week:

✅️ Moving my body
✅️ Getting outside for at least 30 mins a day
✅️ Drinking my kangen water, 3-4 litres/ day
✅️ Happy Juice from (check my link)
✅️ Kisses from furbabies & quality time w my man
✅️ Dancing in my kitchen
