I had the opportunity to bake some goodies for a friend's Friendsmas Celebration yesterday! I made Ginger Sandwich Cookies, Lemon Blueberry Scones, Orange Blossom Chocolate Chip Scones and Sugar Cookies!

My not-so-little explorer and the reason behind the being so quiet.

Chasing a toddler and being a student again all while being a single parent has not made it easy for me to bake as much. 🥴😭

I will have to work hard at getting back to it once more and ensuring a proper balance.

How do I have a O N E year old?! I cannot believe the time has flown by so quickly!

I have been baking but not posting as much as I am still barely finding time to bake with my Little One calling the shots still.🤷🏾‍♀️🥴😂

Hopefully she will want to join me more with the baking process and not merely enjoy the fruits of my labour! 😋

The only photo I remembered to snap of the Apple Crumble Pie🍎 from yesterdays post before it was gobbled up!

I had tried a new sourdoughpie crust recipe but I did not enjoy it as much as my go-to sourdough crust. This crust may be better suited for another dish though.😊
