Calgary, we want to thank you for making this last weekend so special! We got to see many familiar faces as well as a lot of new ones. We were full every night and got to say goodbye to 2020 in the best way possible! Our break- even bottle this week is this Kaiyo whisky. It is interesting that Kaiyo is not entirely aged in Japan. While the bottle bares no age statement, we do know that the whisky spends time in barrels at sea. The casks are shipped from Osaka to wherever a container ship will take them, for up to three months. This makes alot of sense as kaiyo means ocean in Japanese. The swishing, changes in temperature, and air pressure endemic to a sea voyage all helps to flavour the whisky. Come and try this whisky with us this week!

Our break-even bottle this week is the Remy Martin XO. Not much to say other than it's dope AF. You'll find this Cognac saved only for the most special occasions to Nhậu. Come have a sip with us!
