Unique Projects Was Born.

With over three decades of combined experience, Adrian Wilson, Adam Ford, and Joel Ford have founded Unique Projects: Calgary’s true custom renovation company.

Our company was born with the focus to turn homeowner’s visions into custom-built realities.

Over the years, we have found that the stigma of the construction industry continued to rise. When we founded Unique Projects, we knew that clients needed more than an experienced team on their side; they needed a trusted partner who conducted their work with honesty, integrity and a whole lot of heart.

Our company was founded on the principle that if it’s not good enough for our clients, it’s not good enough for us. This includes the quality of craftsmanship and materials, the way in which we communicate with our clients, how we treat our team along the way, and a clear process from start to finish of the project.

Our process is what sets us apart. We are not your typical “wingers” and we believe that a project without a clear plan is not in the best interest of our clients, or our own. We spent years designing and developing a process from beginning to end of the project that our clients can follow, and keep us accountable through it. The purpose of our process is to clearly communicate each phase of our relationship and create set expectations to which we can all remain accountable.

Throughout the years, we have worked on various projects including full house charming inner city bungalow renovations, two-story homes remodeling, the construction of backyard offices and anything in between: from kitchen renovations and custom basement renovations to exterior renovations in Calgary and surrounding areas. Although custom renovations is a concept often overused, we live and build by the concept that your home should be like no other.
