Child of Ham Workshop - Inner Child Play

Are you tired of the monotony of adulthood? Are you missing whimsy in your everyday life? Do you wish you could just be a kid again? Now is the time to tap back into your inner child’s wisdom and freedom of expression by joining us on Sun March 1 to move, play & just get weird.

You will be led by two priestesses of Ham - Sami & Aria, who both have deep passion & experience in holding intentional space, inner child work, and overall being goofy little goblin ladies. Our hope for you through participating in our variety of activities and grounding exercises is to help in regulating your nervous system while reminding you that life isn’t meant to be taken too seriously. This space is where you can give yourself permission to play again with a group of other adults that are also tired of business suits and office meetings.

Embark in the journey of curiosity, imagination, and connection with us while being hand in hand with your little self. This is just the opportunity child you has been waiting for.

What to bring?
Comfortable clothing you can move in
A bottle of water
An open nonjudgemental mind

Bring a trinket (or a few) to give to the take-one leave-one table (this can be anything from a rock, to a rubber duck, to a necklace. Any trinket is a good trinket)

Optional: photo of you as a child to connect with in the process

Optional : Costume item or 2 that is easy to put on/take off (put name/phone number somewhere on it)

The Little Kickers Calgary NW & Central indoor Soccer program for kids (18 mos - 8 yrs) continues at Bankview Hall every Saturday until the end of April so sign-up now!
