Outbound Yoga
Here I was, unable to get a solid grip on my toes or my life. The day my boyfriend cheated on me was the day I dropped $2000 on a “Yoga life Coach”. A lot.

It’s going to be heavy
and complicated and messy.
But then one day?
One day you’re going to take all that energy and all those f&cks you’ve been giving.
and you’re going to
let. that. s**t. go.
It’ll be a lot like driving away from a storm-
with the radio turned all the way up, the sun shining and the windows rolled down.
You’ll glance back into the rear view and it won’t hurt. You’ll just see the storm for what it is and think:
What. The. Hell. Was. That.
Then you’ll drive off into the rest of your life ♥️

15 things I’ve learned in Bali:
1. Laughing is Important. Do it regularly and often.
2. Anything can happen and everything can change when you least expect it.
3. Life isn’t a plan. It’s a process.
4. You’re going to let go of the things that have weighed you down when it’s time- not when you’re ready.
5. The world is filled with so many good things and good people.
6. Puppies are good for your soul, and you should pet as many as humanly possible.
7. Say stuff out loud. Let people listen to you talk things out. Don’t hangout in your own head for too long.
8. Ask more questions. Curiosity creates connection and kills complacency.
9. The world will be fine and life will go on if you shut off your phone for a few hours.
10. Drink water and don’t forget to apply sunscreen to your bum.
11. We can do hard things. Like sit with our thoughts when the sun sets, and climb volcanos at 2 am in the dark.
12. Call your mom more.
13. Snorkelling and yoga are kinda the same thing.
14. Tell the truth. With your whole heart, not just parts of it.
15. Everyone is doing their best-
even you ♥️
