Clarity is something that creeps up on you when a slight opening happens within you. Such as an energy shift, a releasing of something old, a written passage that strikes to your heart.

Clarity does not come from forcing the answer (done that too many times), shaping the answer you want or being so frustrated.

Think of opening to clarity like listening to a wee toddler tell you a story. It takes patience, compassion and listening in a calm and grateful way.

Many fear shadow work. In my experience, it’s marvellous and freeing.

It’s not scary. It’s revealing. It’s tough for a short time, but it beats feeling incomplete and frustrated the rest of your life.
