🍁 November’s Collective Resources Are Here 🍂

This month we’re honoring Lung Cancer Awareness Month, National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month, National Diabetes Month, Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, and Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Month. Each of these holds real impact in our communities, touching lives and stories that deserve care, dignity, and awareness.

November reminds us to hold space for both the visible and invisible challenges people face every day. Whether it’s chronic illness, memory loss, grief, or the fight to meet basic needs, this month we’re centering compassion, low-to-no cost access, and collective support.

This month’s resources are here to remind you of the care that exists:

💙 Tools for body awareness, nourishment, and rest

💛 Resources for caregivers, patients, and loved ones

🩵 Community education for prevention and connection

Together, we continue to care for ourselves, for each other, and for those still fighting.
