Hey everyone its been a while since I made a post due to family stuff but I am back for a bit before taking a trip for a month.

To make up for the gape I am working on one of the next generation AEG airsoft Rifs the E&C E-Bolt. Were upgrading the gears to throw away the cheap gears it came with (Highly Recomend if getting the gun)and putting in some nice fancy Solink Helical Gear Set. The E&C has some very Beautiful trade marks and is a solid gun with very nice recoil almost like a GBLS DAS but not with the crazy price tag haha.

Hey everyone hope your Christmases and New years were good.

I just wanted to let you all know my family is going through some pretty hard times right now with my mother being terminally ill. And with me being a full time care giver to her right now i might not make it out to some airsoft games coming up depending on the situation.

With my repair business I will still take on jobs but it might not get done as fast as I used to do it.

I want to thank you all for the support you guys have been giving me in the business so far it has helped out my family a lot and I also want to thank some of the guys that have known abought whats going on and there support as well. Thank you all again and I hope you have a great off season leading into the new year

Well John came in wanting a quick and easy TDC Hop mod installed on his VSR 10 sniper. Nice quick job to wake up the snipers range and consistency. Thanks for trusting me with the work.

Grayson came in wanting some yearly maintenance after he noted his gun lost rate of fire and was acting sluggish. The check up on his gun showed that the sector gear screw holding it together anded up breaking causing wobble in his gears resulting in some damage. And some other suspicious damage done to the cylinder head not related to the gears.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU DO YEARLY CHECKS AND NEVER GET CHEAP PARTS.

The gears had to be replaced as well as the piston/ piston head, motor, main spring, cylinder and cylinder head. All gears have been perfectly shimmed and alignment with the sector and piston are perfect. Made sure to cut a nice slot in the gearbox for some wires to pass threw and never have to worry about getting chewed by the motor again either.

Kayden brought This Airsoft HPA rif in with a bit of a weird problem there was no hop happening further inspection and noticed the inner barrel was twisted to the right not allowing the hop to function, after re entering the inner barrel found out that the nub was also missing.

A few things done to the gun were shimming the engine forward so it didn't have play anymore, replacing the very old G&G hop unit with a new one adding a nice new flat hop nub and a Maple leaf 75° bucking. This things is shooting lasers and is very consistent now.

While in calgary got to pick up a nice small shipment. Box of one of the best lubricant greas pens out there on the market for all your gears, seals, and blowback part needs. And some of the newest to hit the market 70° 4uantum buckings as a great upgrade from your stock buckings

Second gun for Dante has been completed this gun arrived with absolutely no response with the fuse connected, replaced or disconnected. Turned out the trigger contacts got really hot at some point and broke off. The shim jobs was also a bit off causing the piston to start scraping the cylinder. New parts were installed gearbox cleaned out gears and motor perfectly shimmed and alignment corrected. Gun is now very consistent and customer is happy. One gun done another one to go thank you Sean for trusting me in your airsoft repair and needs. The gun was in serious bad shape with broken gears, bearings that were shot, piston that was gouged and a mysterious motor wire that was cut not to mention the chopped bb inside the gearbox. All parts that were damaged have been replaced, all new shim jobs was done and new l**e added. I also went ahead with shimming his wobble rail to make it nice and tight. Gun is finished and we have one happy customer.

If you ever wondered how bad would it be if a bb made it into my gearbox when in operation well look no further. A Jammed up gearbox, bb peices everywhere a piston that ended up getting thrown off alignment smashing the cylinder a sector gear getting ground, spur gear now missing some teeth, bend into the gearbox and cant miss the mysterious cut motor wire. But dont worry AEM repair is on it with new gear set, piston and cylinder kit and new ETU trigger unit.
