The food truck is closed today and Saturday while we’re in Peterborough for lacrosse tournament. Back home, the Smokebox crew is handling a wedding tonight and keeping things rolling. 🔥

One thing I’ve learned running this business — there will always be another event, another booking, another dollar to chase.

But there’s only so many weekends I get to spend in the stands

So yeah… our availability depends on our sports schedules.

And honestly, I’m okay with that.
