Wellness is more than exercise and nutrition. To have true wellness you want to have a mind, body and soul approach. I have been journalling for years. It started with gratitude, but then I decided to incorporate the other page for self-care.
It’s important to journal your food, your supplements, your water, and your exercise, but also to motivate yourself to do things for your mind and your soul. Is your day structured? Are you mindful with your choices? Do you spend time learning each day? Have you found even a short moment to do something for the good of someone else?
If you start journaling with a prompt similar to this daily, you will make great changes in your life. Small baby steps over a length of time will really add up. Give it a try! I dare you!
