Ally's Happy Ropes

It's been awhile. I haven't been creating much lately. Last night, I cried as the pain and anger, that I've become so familiar with, was just too much for my body. My husband asked what I could do to try to be less consumed by it. So here I am, knotting again. I started this craft and this account as a way to process and distract myself from hard feelings. But I forgot how good it is and how healing it feels.
