The first place I lived in BC! On a trapline on a logging block with no power. We kept the food cold in a cooler in a creek below. My Dad had a cord you could run from the old International Scout to run a 13β black & white tv at night. I rode my bike 2.5 km down a logging road to the bus stop with my Bro every morning for school grade 1. On the weekends weβd ride all the way into town to play street hockey & buy Opee Chee Hockey Cards!
