Bring your sourdough back to life with this simple trick:

Run the loaf quickly under the tap until the crust is wet.
Place it in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
The steam created in the oven will crisp the crust and soften the inside, making it taste like it’s fresh baked.

Already cut into your loaf?
Just avoid wetting the cut end. Lightly dampen the crust only, then warm it in the oven as above.

A little water and a few minutes of heat can make your loaf feel brand new.
