APRIL MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

As anticipated, real estate activity saw a steep decline last month in response to the pandemic lockdown, resulting in one of the slowest Aprils in Fraser Valley history.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- April sales were down 50.3% from the same month a year before.
- There were 23.8% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $993,400.
