Friendly reminder -
It might be hard to get a safe fit in your child’s seat if they are wearing puffy dresses or thick layers!
If possible, remove layers for car rides, have a shirt and shorts underneath the dress so you can take it off for car rides, or try a different outfit if you are going to multiple destinations.

To test if you have a safe fit, you can buckle your child in their seat with their outfit, then remove them from the seat (do not loosen the straps), remove the outfit and buckle them back in without tightening the straps. If the straps are loose and do not pass the pinch test, their outfits aren’t safe for their seats😞

Although it is 𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 to install a car seat with the seatbelt 𝘼𝙉𝘿 lower anchors, there are 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀 seats that allow it.
For example: Clek and Nuna seats that have 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚒𝚍 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑 allow both seatbelt and lower anchor installs together.
