In 2025, EVER RED was successful in receiving grants from Alberta Municipalities, for the installation EV Chargers across two of EVER RED’s sites.

A total of 10 (six within the underground parkade, and four above ground in the public parking area) Networked Level 2 Connectors have been installed and are operational at EVER Square, and a total of four publicly accessible Networked Level 2 connectors at Ever on 170th.

The Electric Vehicle Charging Program (EVCP) provided funding for up to 46%, which included the equipment, installation as well as eligible expenditures. The EVCP is delivered by Alberta Municipalities with funding from Natural Resources Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program.

We want to thank our consultant LeadingAhead Energy for facilitating the application, and EVCP for the opportunity to provide accessible, free charging to our tenants and guests.
