Motorcycle safety apparel lending

Passion for safety, and helping my fellow riders, pretty much sums me up!
I came to see many folks that are new to the riding community were either uninformed, or simply without means to outfit themselves with safe and secure protective riding apparel.
Also, many that would frequent a passenger that simply did not have such and just a spare helmet or even relinquishing their own gear to outfit the passenger.
This truly tugged at my heart strings.
Often times I saw a fellow rider state they had an extra piece and would lend it to them for the afternoon...This got my wheels spinning.
Through my privately run business of riding apparel repair and alterations, I began to take the items that folks chose to not expend on repair and simply bought new and repair them , and lend them out to fellow riders in need.
As usual in the motorcycle community, news spread quick. Folks started contacting me with items they had tucked away in the back of their closets they had no intention of using any longer.
Having been approached by completely unknown to me fellow riders over a summer with “gear donations”, I quickly came to be reminded of the wonderfully giving and supportive community the Edmonton riding individuals are!
So, I purchased a storing /shelving unit, extra supplies for minor repairs and cleaning/sanitizing and set out to share the generosity of our wonderful community.
