Edmonton zoning bylaw have been updated. The new bylaw and zoning map came into effect on January 1, 2024. This is a very important news.

If you are planning to develop commercial development such as restaurants, retails or offices etc, ensure there are sufficient parking spaces available as this is one of the important requirement for the City of Edmonton's permit approval. Parking space requirements will depend on the type of your business. Parking requirement for a restaurant development will be different then a retail development.
