What Bings you Joy? What’s something you do just because you love it? I love singing and have sung in groups since highschool. It’s important to do those things even if we aren’t “good” at it. We need to do things and have experiences that bring joy and is good for the soul. Our nervous systems will thank us!

When we come together beautiful things happen. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed or fear the world is a bad place but at the heart, people just want to live a good life. When we come together like in the orchestra or choir or even to enjoy what was created it becomes a powerful experience.

Look for those who make people smile, those that lend helping hands, those who brighten your day. There are more of those people around when we pay attention and notice.
