Hi, I’m Jenn, an acupuncturist and longtime yoga teacher with a whole-body approach to healing. I love to work with nervous system regulation and mind-body connection to address a variety of conditions. Through a mix of modalities, I’m able to support pain management and mental health, to digestion, allergies, and womxn’s health. My goal is to always leave my clients feeling grounded and supported — like you’ve taken a biiig easeful exhale.

With over a decade of experience in functional movement, I’m passionate about supporting clients through injuries — both chronic and acute — and helping them build strength for a long, healthy life. Keep an eye out for upcoming treatments that will combine acupuncture with personalized movement plans.

On the weekend you can find me brunching at Dog Patch or enjoying a slow day at home making soup, with my cat Bubbles by my side.

Paul Adachi, RMT is a massage therapist with over a decade of experience. Paul aims to create space for recovery and rest. As the second half of Adachi Acupuncture & Wellness (), he’s more recently begun to specialize in issues related to the neck and scalp, including headaches and poor sleep. Clients seek him out because of his calm and quiet nature, perfect for those looking to slow down and regulate.

On a Sunday, he’s likely with his daughter at a rink somewhere in the city, tightening straps on her goalie pads before he sets up shop in the stands or in the timekeeper box.

In Chinese Medicine, spring is all about the liver and gallbladder—organs that thrive when things are moving smoothly (energetically and digestion-wise). This season is associated with the Wood element, which governs growth, movement, and renewal, basically nature’s green light to get things flowing again.

One easy way to honour the shift? Load up on fresh greens, sprouts, and bitter foods like kale and dandelion.
Your liver loves a little bitterness (this flavour helps to clear and cool)—it’s like a wake-up call after a winter of comfort food and cozy carbs.

So here’s to spring, to fresh starts, leafy greens, and feeling just a little more alive in your body again.

Happy Spring, friends 🌱

Spring cleaning... but for your body?

Yep, it’s a thing.

If you’re looking to support your immune system this spring, now’s a great time to show your liver a little love.

(Dandelion root and milk thistle are basically the herbal version of a deep clean.)

Add in acupuncture—or laser if you’re into the gentle zap approach—and you’ve got a solid strategy to help your body stay resilient and responsive as the seasons shift.

Curious if this might be right for you? Shoot me a message—I’m always happy to chat acupuncture and immunity over a cup of something warm.
