Beef bones broth recipe: Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or 1 tablespoon of beef fat (tallow) in the bottom of your roaster. Add the bones, a whole head of garlic washed and unpeeled, 3 turmeric roots washed and unpeeled, and a good-sized ginger root washed, unpeeled, and sliced. Add 1 tablespoon of whole black pepper (ground will work), a handful of sage, a handful of thyme, a handful of parsley, and a handful of oregano, a whole onion peeled and cut, a whole lemon washed and sliced, and 2 carrots. Note I change the herbs every year. Put everything in the roaster and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Add 2 pitchers of water and let it bake for about 4 hours. A slow cooker is optional. After the broth is done, take the bones and herbs out, mash everything, add the broth to the mash, and then strain it. Your body would love you and thank you. 🙏
