Speaking up is hard specially as a man. I’ve spoke my truths and reasoning and often get mocked for voicing how every single one of us feel inside. No one knows my struggles but me and I don’t know anyone else’s struggles. We all perceive scenarios differently. It’s how we choose to manage them that will determine the outcome. Isolating is never the answer. Talk to someone. We all go through it ♥️
