🧹 “Mess Happens. We Handle It.”

Got a garage that looks like a storage unit exploded? Basement starting to resemble a mystery thrift shop? We get it — clutter sneaks up fast. Whether it’s old furniture, renovation debris, or that pile you’ve been “meaning to deal with,” we make it disappear. Fast, simple, stress-free, so you can reclaim your space without lifting a finger. Less mess = less stress = more room for what actually matters.

Schedule a Winter Property Inspection
Identifying small issues early—such as cracks, drafts, or drainage problems—can prevent costly repairs later in the season. Or if you are planning on selling your house have us walk the property to share some unforeseen items that may get you caught up in the sale and take care of them ahead of time.

Protect Exterior Surfaces and Fixtures
Outdoor faucets, hoses, and exposed fixtures should be shut off and drained before freezing temperatures set in. This helps prevent cracking and leaks. Having a plumber install a shut off valve inside the home makes for easy shut off and protection.

📞 Grande Prairie Maintenance can assist with seasonal exterior shut-downs or connecting with a local plumber.

Prevent Garage Freeze Damage
Cold air entering the garage can freeze tools, stored liquids, and nearby plumbing. Ensure garage doors seal properly and avoid blocking airflow to living spaces. Be sure the man door seals are good and door is closing tight and be sure the garage door seals are all working efficiently. Inspect any garage heaters as well and provide preventative maintenance.

Maintain Safe Drainage Paths
Ensure downspouts and drainage areas remain clear so melting snow is directed away from the home. Poor drainage can lead to basement leaks and foundation issues. With heavy snowfall days its even more important to remove snow sitting right against the foundation or window wells to prevent anything from entering the home.
