🌿 This Week in Kelly’s Kitchen 🌿
It’s Monday, and after a full-on Saturday, we’re keeping things flexible and doable. No batch cooking here—just a real plan to feed real people this week.
✅ Maple Mustard Chicken Wraps – made with one of my go-to blends and served with a fresh salad on the side.
✅ Lemon Pepper Tilapia – I grabbed a bunch of fillets and can’t wait to cook them up. We’ll pair them with baked potatoes and steamed broccoli (and yes—I’ll be adding a good shake of bacon seasoning on mine).
✅ Butcher-Seasoned Burgers – four juicy patties grilled and tucked into toasted brioche buns, topped with bacon aioli (a non-negotiable around here). Salad or veggie sticks with dip on the side.
✅ Ground Pork Bowls – I’ll fry up the pork with a seasoning blend (maybe maple ginger—it’s calling my name), then serve it with spiralized carrots, cucumbers, and fresh veggies. Might toss some fries on the side for my teen.
✅ Crunchy Chicken Burgers – saving this as a backup meal for later in the week in case we run low on energy or leftovers.
✨ Behind the scenes: I’ve already prepped breakfast for the week, filled my Snackle Box with boiled eggs, olives, blue cheese, and chopped veggies, and made sure I’ve got easy lunches ready to grab. That’ll hold me over during the week when the chaos hits.
