This is my Super Kid ice cream inspired macaron. This is my all-time, most favourite ice cream flavour. There have been many knock offs, but nothing comes close to the classic Laura Secord flavour. If you’ve never heard of it or have never tried it, go find your closest Laura Secord store and try it! The beautiful and vibrant red, blue and yellow colours swirl together for a fruity mix of strawberry, blueberry, and banana flavours. Included in our Summer Lovin’ Box. Can all my fellow SuperKid ice cream lovers please stand up? 🤣
