Gluten friendly Baguettes!🥖Being newly Celiac for 1 year has been a giant pain in the ass and a massive challenge! ( mental health has taken a huge hit for this) So many adjustments made and losses ( fast food)

So I challenged myself to learn something new! I missed baguettes so much so decided to give them a go!

Here ya go gluten friendly baguettes that look and taste like their fully glutinous friend!

Elicited to turn this into garlic bread tonight!

Looking forward to learning more and being able to share it with you guys for sales some point as well ! ( I call everything gluten friendly as I use reg stuff for my fam and business so it’s a risk but know that I take it very serious as someone who reacts to very small amounts and goes down for a week!)
