When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my family, helping with things at church, studying, or chasing my dog Charlie around.
I’m a wife.
I’m a mom.
I’m someone who cares deeply about the people in my life and the community around me.
Those things matter to me far more than any transaction ever will.
But they are also the reason I care so much about the work I do.
Because buying or selling a home is rarely just about real estate.
It’s about families, life changes, new chapters, and sometimes very difficult decisions.
So yes, I’m a realtor.
But what I really do is help people navigate some of the biggest transitions in their lives.

Some buildings just have a little more character than others, and 350 Quigley Road is one of my favourites in Hamilton.
What makes it different? The open hallway design. Instead of enclosed corridors, the walkways are open, which means more light and no lingering cooking smells from your neighbours.
The units are also built over two storeys, so they feel more like a townhouse than a typical apartment.
This particular unit is even more special with windows facing both east and west, so you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and a great cross breeze through the home.
Three bedrooms upstairs, a bright living space, private balcony, underground parking, and great building amenities.
A unique condo layout that is hard to find.

This one was worth the wait.
My clients had a strict budget and were focused on a very specific neighbourhood, which made things a bit more challenging. We stayed patient, watched every new listing that came out, and passed on quite a few that just weren’t the right fit.
We did go up against competition once and didn’t get it. But I always say, when that happens, something better usually comes along.
And it did.
We found this home on a great street, at a price that made sense, and with a closing date that worked perfectly for them.
No rushing. No settling. Just the right house at the right time.
If you’re feeling discouraged in your search, don’t panic. The right one is out there, and having a plan makes all the difference.
