In a world that can often feel rushed, uncertain, or overwhelming, small acts of kindness still matter. A thoughtful text. A smile to a stranger. An offer of support. A moment of patience with someone else...or with yourself.

Kindness doesn't have to be grand to make a difference. Often, it's the smallest gestures that help us feel more connected, more seen, and a little less alone.

If you have a little extra kindness to offer today, consider sharing some with someone who might need it. And don't forget that you deserve that same kindness, too.

Amy is a First Nations therapist on our team who holds this work with intention. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and centred on creating a space where clients can show up as they are, without pressure or expectation.

Amy focuses on supporting adult women, mothers, and perinatal clients who are seeking support with anxiety, stress management, sleep issues, identity, work-life balance, life transitions, and more.
