Spice & Nice (Ginger, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Sugar) came out perfectly! Soft texture with a balance on the spices; don't know how long this gonna last for 😂

B**a, a preferment made from water, flour, and yeast, is similar to poolish or sourdough starter. It requires 16-24 hours of fermentation, resulting in enhanced flavor and softness in our bread.
