🕒 HOW IT WORKS:Each auction item photo will include:

🔹 SB = Starting BidThis is the minimum amount bidding starts at.

Example:SB $5 = Bidding must start at $5 or higher.

🔹 INC = Bid IncrementThis is the amount bids must increase by.

Example:INC $1 = Bids must increase by at least $1 increments ($5, $6, $7, etc.)

You are welcome to jump bids higher if you wish!Example: $5 → $10 → $15 → $20

📌 IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BID:To participate in the auction, you MUST message the Crafty Crystal business page with:

✔️ Your FULL NAME✔️ Your EMAIL ADDRESS for invoicing

Once you have done that, you may bid on any items you wish. If there are more then one of the items available that you would like of the same item, please comment your BID amount and x whatever number of items you wish to secure. For example: $5 x 2.

🚫 PLEASE DO NOT BID unless you fully intend to follow through with payment. Bidding is a commitment to purchase if you win the item.

🏆 AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES:✔️ Winning bidders will be tagged on the item photo✔️ Invoices will be emailed out shortly after closing

💳 PAYMENT DEADLINE:Winning bidders must pay their invoice by 11:00 PM that same night (Wednesday).

❗ If payment is NOT received by 11:00 PM Thursday evening (Auction will close at 9pm). The item will go to the next highest bidder, who will then be tagged and invoiced.

The second bidder will have until 12:00 NOON the following day (Thursday) to complete payment.

Invoices will be emailed after the auction closes. All invoices will include tax (HST 13%).

📦 Pickup is available in Kitchener (Ottawa St/ Lackner Rd) and shipping is available for a flat rate shipping rate of $16.99 + tax. If you require shipping please let me know prior to bidding on your items so I can include this on your invoice.
