Set in the heart of Oakridge, Claridge House by Polygon brings together connected urban living, everyday convenience, and future-ready infrastructure in one of Vancouver’s most desirable locations. With 77 EV charging stations installed across this commercial and residential development, the project was designed to support long-term EV adoption through scalable infrastructure built for modern mixed-use demand. As EV adoption continues to grow, developments like this are helping define a new standard for how commercial and residential spaces can be built with long-term performance, convenience, and accessibility in mind.
