Finally giving this beautiful Art Deco inspired bathroom the permanent feed space it deserves. These clients were looking to update the main bathroom of their early 1900’s house in Old North. With a huge & impractical tub as well as a dated corner shower with small, hard-to-clean tile, they knew they needed something that better suited their busy family life with two little kiddos. They also really wanted to pay homage to the home’s era. With black and white penny tile, a tub perfect for bathing babes, navy blue accents, a built-in wall shelf, and modern-vintage elements, we love how this space all came together. The biggest change that required a lot of rework but simplifies life? A stacker washer & dryer unit inside a closet, replacing the awkward angled stand-up shower.
For those of you wondering if they’ll miss that stand-up shower, have no worries as we added one to the basement!

A moody custom bar was a must-have for these clients with their basement renovation. The old bar was large, cumbersome and sat in the middle of the room. We moved bar locations to separate the living area from a new workout space behind. We love how this all came together, including the painted bead board backsplash - something we have a lot of clients asking for lately. We’ve taken a little bit of a social media hiatus, but we are back and coming in strong for 2026. We are thrilled to share this recent basement remodelling project we completed in the Westmount area of London. These clients were lovely to work with and knew exactly what they wanted: a standout bar with a wow factor, great hangout spaces for the whole family and friends, plenty of light, and a mix of natural and moody finishes throughout.
