💛 To Our Volunteers — the Heart of Our Community 💛

You show up with kindness, lead with compassion, and wrap our seniors in warmth, connection, and care.
You give your time, your energy, and your heart—not for recognition, but because you believe in the power of community.

To each of you—and to the families and friends who share you with us—thank you. Your generosity in supporting those you may have never met before is nothing short of inspiring.

The Senior Activity Program (Aka Seniors Party Bus), and the Embers Girl Guides have collaborated for a fun and meaningful one-on-one integrational experience!

Not everyone has their grandparents or grandkids nearby, so this program gives both generations the opportunity to connect and share their experiences!

Together, seniors and kids engage in activities like reading together, playing games, doing crafts, and planting flowers.

We are so proud of this wonderful program activity and we can't wait to see how these connections grow!

Thank you! It is more than meal!

Thank you to Murphy's Christmas Tree Farm for their outstanding gift to Meals on Wheels! This is their second year in a row donating to support low-income seniors during the holiday season. In addition to providing healthy three-course meals, our delivery drivers also offer the comfort of a friendly wellness visit that our clients very much look forward to. This genuine social connection often makes a world of difference!

We are deeply appreciative of their compassion for seniors in need in our community!

Thank you to the Maple Ridge Community Foundation for their generous grant of $3000 for our Senior Wellness Fund! This grant helps local seniors receive emergency medical and dental support, mobility aids and groceries. Thank you for your continued support of our programs!
